Yes, you can change or cancel your order after it has been placed, but it depends on the timing and our order processing status. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at designhavenuk@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. 

We are currently offering free shipping for all our UK customers. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery will be handled by EVRI, DHL, or DPD. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the website of the carrier handling your delivery (Evri, DHL, or DPD). There is also an option to track your order on our website using your order number and email address.
